Captain America recently was killed, sort of, just like most other popular super heroes who have died, he was bound to come back from the dead. Marvel is finishing a 5 book run called Captain America Reborn.

In the series Cap was trapped in an alternate reality and kept jumping from time to time. He was reliving famous moments from his past. In the fourth book they did a couple cells filled with an eye and in the eye was a drawing of Captain America or other characters from the book. Below is Steve Rogers falling through the air.

As you probably guessed Cap comes back from the dead. Below is a full page scan of the last page of the book, it is the first cell of Captain America reborn.
