I’ve been working in technology for over 30 years, and these days I focus on bridging the gap between complex software systems and the human beings who use them.
Based in central Pennsylvania, I live with my wife and three kids, but my day-to-day work spans the globe—leading and collaborating with remote product and development teams across three continents. My background started in hands-on design and front-end code, but over time my role naturally shifted into shaping application solutions, guiding product strategy, and managing agile development teams.

Certified by the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g), I bring deep user empathy and interface design principles into technical decisions, ensuring products stay grounded in real human needs.
Translating Business & Tech
Working closely with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define scope, and make sure developers, product managers, and business leaders are always speaking the same language.
Agile Leadership & Delivery
Coaching teams through healthy SDLC practices, encouraging early QA involvement, and facilitating agile environments where teams build efficiently and transparently.

While my day job focuses on leading development teams and orchestrating application architecture, I’ve never lost my itch to build things myself.
I believe the best tech leaders stay curious. Outside of product management and strategy, I regularly dive into emerging tools, vibe-code native Android apps, build custom web projects, and engineer self-hosted smart home and personal cloud solutions.
